Fee is determined individually by agreement with the client, depending on the scope of the legal assistance provided, taking into account the complexity of the case and the amount of work legal adviser.
Fee may be flat or fixed using an hourly rate. In addition, it is permissible to determine additional fee for its success.
The minimum fee for legal advisers are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 28 September 2002 on fees for legal advisers and the Treasury to incur the costs of legal assistance provided by the legal counsel of the office established (Dz. U. Nr 163, poz. 1349 z późn. zm.). |
